I AM PATIENT ZERO. This is my transformation story.

Well- at least I am client zero. Here is my transformation from 265 to 193. 72 lbs. Starting before I was ready. In November I weighed 238 pounds and I was convinced I was about 10 lbs from shredded. But it goes back further than that.

I spent years at 265, thinking I was just a big guy. Strong, yes. Fit, sort of. Happy with what I saw, no. I built myself into a hybrid athlete. Powerlifting, running, muscle. I got strong. I got faster. I got better. And then I decided to find out what was actually under all of it.

So I ran my first real contest prep. Not for a stage. Just to find out how far shredded actually was. For 6 months I dieted, built, held, pushed, and broke down more times than I can count. I kept my powerlifting. I kept building muscle. I ran it all the way to the end. 45 lbs in the most recent phase. 72 lbs from where it started several years ago.

First time in my life I looked like what I trained for. I

coach what I live. If you have been working hard and not seeing the body you expected, you are probably closer than you think. You just need the right system built around your actual life.
