You're Wasting Your Money...

...buying the wrong electrolytes.

It's okay because you're busy and you just don't have time to sift through all the marketing and the 80 new choices that seem to come out every day. I gotchu. I compared the top brands by price per 500mg of sodium, sodium to potassium ratios, sweeteners, total electrolyte profile, and value, and one brand stood out.

Switchback.

1,000mg of sodium, 400mg of potassium per serving. That is a 2.5 to 1 ratio, right in the clinical target window. It is the only mainstream brand that includes AstraGin, an absorption enhancer that actually helps your body use what you paid for. Full mineral panel, zero sugar, and it comes out to about 45 cents per 500mg of sodium. Cheapest in the comparison.

For context: LMNT runs a 5 to 1 sodium to potassium ratio, well above the clinical target. Liquid IV has 11 grams of sugar per serving. Nuun uses magnesium oxide, the lowest-absorbed form available. These are not small details.

This is exactly the kind of research I do for my clients so they do not have to.
