What we collect
This website does not ask you to create an account. We only receive information you choose to give us: your name, email address and anything you write when you email us or book a call, and payment details you enter with our payment processor.
Third parties
Booking runs through Calendly. Payments run through Stripe. Those companies collect and handle your information under their own privacy policies, and we do not see or store your full payment card number. If you follow our links to Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, those sites have their own policies too. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule calls, deliver coaching you have signed up for, process payments, send service messages and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
If you share health information with your coach, it is used only to build your plan. Coaching is not medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat conditions.
You can ask to stop receiving marketing email at any time by replying to a message or writing to us. We keep a record of your request so we do not email you again.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing builtanyway@gmail.com. Our site is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
